Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Pingback (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

Pingback lets you automate replies to comments and direct messages on your connected Instagram Business/Creator account using Meta's official APIs. You are responsible for the content of your automated messages and for using the Service in compliance with Meta's Platform Terms and Community Guidelines and all applicable laws.

Your responsibilities

  • You must own or be authorized to manage the Instagram account you connect.
  • You must not use the Service to send spam, harassment, unlawful, misleading, or prohibited content.
  • You are responsible for any personal data you collect from your audience (e.g. leads) and for handling it lawfully.
  • You must not attempt to circumvent plan limits, rate limits, or security controls.

Plans, billing & cancellation

  • Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis via our payment processor.
  • Plan limits (e.g. monthly message quotas, feature access) apply as described at signup.
  • You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
  • Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable.

Availability & third-party dependencies

The Service depends on third-party platforms (notably Meta/Instagram). We do not control and are not responsible for changes, outages, rate limits, or policy decisions by those platforms that may affect the Service. We provide the Service on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pingback is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from account restrictions imposed by third-party platforms. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or Meta's policies. You may stop using and delete your account at any time.

Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified via the Service or email.
