Data Deletion
You can delete your data from Pingback at any time in one of these ways:
- From the app: disconnect your Instagram account, or delete your account, from the dashboard. This removes your connection, stored token, rules, and associated data.
- From Instagram: remove Pingback from your Instagram/Facebook app settings. Meta notifies us and we delete the associated connection and access token automatically.
- By email: contact support@dm-app.bmdeshmukh18.in from the email on your account and we will delete your data.
Deleting your account removes your connected accounts, automation rules, event logs, captured leads, and insights. Some records may persist briefly in backups before being purged.
